Send an order from a contractor profile, or use fast order to reach matching contractors. In some flows you confirm a phone or email. For customers, this is free.
Matching contractors see new orders and can accept, decline, or process them according to the statuses available on the platform.
After an order is sent, the parties can communicate through the product flows and notifications available. Maistorlak helps with matching and tracking, but is not a party to the deal between customer and contractor.
When the work is done, the platform may ask for feedback. Verified reviews help other users choose with more confidence.
After signup and email activation, contractors go live under Profile → Company with a photo and short pitch (services and areas from registration are already filled). They keep a company profile, gallery, activities, and locations for free and can receive orders. With active VIP they get higher listing placement, a VIP badge, a public project portfolio, and SMS order alerts when enabled.
Maistorlak uses email, in-app notifications, and security checks to confirm key actions, protect accounts, and keep the service running reliably.
